Bustle & Bloom Weddings is growing, and we’re looking for kind-hearted, dependable, and capable women to join our team as Wedding Day Assistants!

We are a faith-based, faith-led company that believes in serving others with grace, excellence, integrity, and kindness. We know that a wedding day is about so much more than timelines and details. It’s one of the most meaningful and emotional days in a couple’s life, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We’re looking for women who genuinely enjoy serving others, can lead with confidence, and know how to bring peace into a busy room. Someone who can handle a last-minute change with a smile, offer reassurance when emotions run high, and jump in wherever they’re needed without hesitation.

What You’ll Do

* Assist our lead planners and coordinators with wedding day setup, timelines, and logistics.
* Help ensure the day flows smoothly, from ceremony preparation through reception events.
* Interact warmly and professionally with couples, families, vendors, and wedding guests.
* Navigate unexpected changes and solve problems calmly and confidently.
* Take initiative, anticipate needs, and help maintain a positive, organized environment.
* Follow direction while being ready to step up and take the lead when needed.
* Help create an exceptional, stress-free experience for our couples and their families.

* You’re physically prepared for the job. Wedding days involve extended periods of standing and walking, as well as lifting, setup, and breakdown.
* You have weekend availability. Weddings primarily take place on weekends, and a flexible schedule is essential.
* You lead with integrity. You value serving others, working with excellence, and being part of a faith-led team.

Wedding or event experience is a plus, but the right attitude, character, and willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
