Coordination services can easily be described as Event Management. You've planned the largest part of your day, but there's so many more finer details that have to be considered to ensure your plans come to fruition.

This level of planning gives you 8 weeks of professional support to ensure we have a comprehensive plan in place prior to the rest of your vendor team needing those details. The last month of wedding planning is busy and every one of your incredible vendors need to know their specific part in your day-of plan. We'll ensure they do!

We'll take care of your vendor communication, timeline creation/management, set up of personal items, direct your rehearsal and so much more. We take the lead so you can take it all in.
